What kind of leader are you?  Fortunately, there isn't a one-size fits all leadership type or personality, but it's empowering to recognize what truly drives you so that you can show up authentically and unapologetically.  Servant leadership is primarily focused on the wellbeing and growth of others.  The neat thing about servant leadership is that it actually  requires having boundaries around our service so that we can truly serve well.  As a leader, you get to explore what the equivalent of your oxygen mask is, what support systems you need and what lifestyle habits allow you to contribute in the ways that you're designed to.
