This season did not leave you empty-handed.

Not every difficult person is operating with deliberate intent. Sometimes people are insecure, wounded, immature, or simply unskilled in healthy relationship. But leaders also need to know how to recognize when a repeated pattern has moved beyond insecurity into manipulation, dishonor, triangulation, boundary-crossing, or disruption.
In this episode, Juliana explores the difference between insecurity and deliberate intent, why gifts and charisma are never substitutes for character, and how to respond when someone’s behavior repeatedly creates confusion, pressure, distrust, or division.
This is a conversation about biblical discernment without paranoia; compassion without self-abandonment; forgiveness without unlimited access; and the practical wisdom required to protect the people, work, intellectual property, and assignment God has entrusted to you.
